Welcome to AquaBrisk Lakewood Pool Care. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any pool service with us.
Agreement to Terms
When you hire AquaBrisk Lakewood Pool Care for pool maintenance, cleaning, repairs, or any related service, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We offer professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services throughout Lakewood, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly maintenance, deep cleaning, algae removal, equipment repairs, filter cleaning, tile cleaning, and seasonal pool care. Each service is performed by trained technicians following industry standards.
Scheduling and Cancellations
You can schedule services by phone or through our online form. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or emergencies.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is typically billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing access codes. If we cannot access your pool during a scheduled visit, you may be charged a trip fee.
Liability and Warranties
We carry full liability insurance and perform all work to professional standards. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. We guarantee our workmanship but cannot guarantee outcomes affected by weather, usage patterns, or underlying pool conditions.
Chemical Safety
Our technicians handle all pool chemicals according to safety regulations. After chemical treatments, we will inform you of any required waiting periods before swimming. You are responsible for following these safety instructions to protect yourself and others.
Equipment and Parts
When repairs require replacement parts or equipment, we will provide you with an estimate before proceeding. Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. Labor warranties vary by service type and will be explained at the time of service.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. For weekly maintenance plans, we require 30 days notice for termination. Final payment for services rendered must be made within 15 days of termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
